What we collect

When you sell to us, WA law requires us to see and record your identity. We record your name, address, date of birth, ID details, a description of the items and payment details. When you contact us, we keep your message, phone number, email address and any photos you send.

Why

To buy from you lawfully, to pay you by bank transfer, to answer your enquiry, and to meet our record-keeping duties as a licensed second-hand dealer (WA Second-hand Dealer Licence No. 1329).

Who sees it

Our staff, and WA Police when the law allows them to inspect our records. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long

We keep dealer records for as long as the law requires, then destroy them securely.
